Pre-Construction Agreement
Before a single tool is picked up, we finalize design and planning, engineering, permitting, and a detailed construction estimate. You'll sign a clear construction contract that covers materials, schedule, and cost, no surprises.
Construction Phase
We finalize a schedule that works for your household, then get to work. You'll receive regular project updates throughout the build. Our Seattle job sites are kept clean and organized, and you always have a direct line to your project team.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
When the work is complete, we walk through every detail of the project together to make sure you're fully satisfied. We'll also walk you through your 2-year workmanship warranty so you know exactly what's covered and how to reach us.
