BATHROOM REMODEL GIVEAWAY RULES

1. Eligibility:

- The Bathroom Remodel Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of King, Snohomish, or Pierce County, Washington, USA, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period:

- The Giveaway entry period begins on November 3rd, 2023, and ends on December 22nd, 2023, at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") (the "Entry Period").

3. How to Enter:

- Each participant may enter the Giveaway twice, choosing one of the following entry options for each entry:

Option 1 (Social Media Entry):

- Follow the Emerald City Construction page on Facebook or Instagram.

- Like the Giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram.

- Tag three friends in the comments of the Giveaway post.

- Share the Giveaway post to your story on Facebook or Instagram.

Option 2 (Email and Phone Entry):

- Submit your email address and phone number for a bonus entry. You may choose this option in addition to Option 1 or as a standalone entry.

4. Winner Selection:

- The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on December 25th, 2023. The winner will be announced publicly on the Emerald City Construction website, Facebook, and Instagram, and contacted via the contact information provided at the time of entry.

5. Prize Details:

- The prize consists of a free bathroom remodel to be completed within 24 months of the Giveaway. The scope of work for the bathroom remodel will be determined during the design phase in collaboration with Emerald City Construction. Any additional costs incurred for changes or upgrades beyond the initially agreed-upon scope of work will be the responsibility of the winner.

6. Taxes and Expenses:

- The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other expenses associated with accepting and using the prize.

7. Publicity Release:

- By accepting the prize, the winner grants Emerald City Construction the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:

- Emerald City Construction reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or adjust the rules of the Giveaway before the Giveaway date if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond their control that may impact the integrity of the Giveaway. In such a case, Emerald City Construction will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to participants.

9. Marketing Communications:

- By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Emerald City Construction the right to contact all entries for marketing purposes, including but not limited to email, phone, social media, and other communication channels.

10. Disputes:

- All disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

11. Governing Law:

- The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of Washington.

12. Sponsor:

- The Giveaway is sponsored by Emerald City Construction, located at 2571 152nd AVE NE, Redmond, WA 98052.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules, and the decisions of Emerald City Construction, which are final and binding in all respects. For a copy of the Official Rules or the name of the winner, send a self-addressed envelope to the sponsor's address within 30 days of the Giveaway end date.
